Merlin welcomes international customers and is experienced in distributing products throughout the world on a daily basis. We are also able to accept bank transfers for orders in Pounds Sterling (£), Euros (€) or Dollars ($).
Trade accounts are available to UK companies subject to credit clearance and 30-day payment terms.

Shipping
We use FedEx Express for all shipments internationally, and both FedEx UK and Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK. We automatically get a tracking number from FedEx or Royal Mail, which can then be used to track the progress of any order that has been shipped. Please contact sales@merlinsystemscorp.co.uk if you would like to use this service.

Same day shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (international) and 4:00pm (UK) for products that are in stock will be shipped the same day.
Privacy and security policy
We do not keep any details regarding credit and debit card payments. Instead, we use an industry-recognised secure payment service called SECPAY to process all card transactions.
When an order is placed we keep a record of your details on a centrally-located database. We may on occasion use this information to keep you informed about new products or services.
