Sena Hello Device Pro PS810
The PS810 is a versatile 8-port serial ethernet communication device. The Hello Device Pro series supports RS232, RS422 or RS485 on each serial port, allowing virtually any asynchronous serial device to be accessed over a network.
With the rich broadband network connectivity protocols such as DHCP, PPPoE and Dynamic DNS, you could easily manage the legacy serial devices over broadband internet by using a DSL or cable modem connection. The built-in Dynamic DNS protocol of the HelloDevice Pro series enables you to access the serial devices with their domain names.
Thanks to its Linux OS inside, the PS810 has the similar easy-to-use user interface that the Linux machines have. They provide the user with the full-featured system management functionality of system status display, firmware upgrade, remote reset and system log display by using various ways such as telnet, serial console port or web. They are easily configured and administrated - with the full-featured management functions of status monitor, remote reset, error log monitor and firmware upgrade - using Telnet and serial console port under the password protection support.
For critical applications of secure data communication, the PS810 supports SSLv2, SSLv3 and TLSv1 for data encryption. In addition, an IP address filtering function is provided for protecting unintentional data streams to be transmitted to the PS810. The PS810 is extremely reliable for applications where secure data communications are essential, such as energy, medical and financial institutions and government facilities.
They support the industry-standard-based pin control delivery mode with the help of Serial/IP COM port redirector. The serial port pin control status of the devices is transferred to the serial application software through the COM port redirector and the PS810 using RFC2217 protocol.
