CUSTOMER FOCUS: Coin Metrics succeed in the BBC's Dragons' Den
Coin Metrics, a company from Milton Keynes in the UK, have won investment from two members of the BBC Dragons' Den panel.
Coin Metrics supplies wireless revenue-monitoring technology for fruit and arcade machines. Using components supplied by Merlin Systems Corp, Coin Metrics developed 'Guardian' to provide real-time financial information through a Microsoft Windows application.
Looking for investment, business partners Ian and Richard presented a winning pitch to the astute Dragons' Den panel. They successfully negotiated a £200,000 investment in return for a 25% share in the company.
